Costaripa Wine Dinner
On September 12, Lucciola had the pleasure of hosting an impressive evening featuring Costaripa's distinguished wines, focusing on their renowned rosé and sparkling metodo classico. This exclusive event
brought together passionate wine lovers and industry leaders, engaging conversations, and a beautifully curated menu, making it one of the most memorable wine club dinners we've ever held.
Chef Michele Casadei Massari designed an unedited menu that was nothing short of spectacular. Every dish, from the first bite to the last, reflected his culinary creativity, vision and deep understanding of the perfect balance between food and wine.
Sous Chef Sanchez and the team, along with the newest member, Chef Suzy, executed the menu to perfection, presenting each course with exceptional finesse and attention to detail. The kitchen staff, under the leadership of Chef Michele, crafted a dining experience that was both unique and utterly delicious.
The Wine and the Storytelling
Nicole Vezzola, daughter of Mattia Vezzola, one of Italy's most celebrated winemakers, was guiding the wine pairings. Her infectious energy and passion elevated the evening, offering guests a fresh approach to wine conversation. Rather than focusing solely on the technical aspects, Nicole used storytelling to bring the wines to life, weaving tales of her father's journey, accolades, and innovative contributions to the world of rosé and sparkling wines. Nicole's charm, smile, and enthusiasm left a lasting impression on everyone, adding an irreplaceable spark to the event.
