About Mura Mura Winery

There is a place where beauty illuminates every detail. Some relationships allow us to evolve as individuals. You can touch the time; you can feel the consistency. We have created this world; it is called Mura Mura.

Mura Mura means to live slowly and wisely and to take care of what has value. We have indulged in our obsession, curiosity, and the pursuit of perfection. It is a world where everything is possible—a land to share harmony and culture. Wine is the fruit of this ideal place. What we do is driven by attention to the minimum gesture. The care of the landscape is expressed through the cleaning of the ditches and tying the trellises with the willow. We produce wine with obsessive attention to the grapes' ripening and respect for nature's variability.

At Mura Mura, we enjoy the little things together. We grow up. Let's open a window on people, lives, and moments. We learn from nature and interact with different cultures and personalities in a continuous discovery. The meeting of excellence is an opportunity to become better people.

Owners Federico Grom and Guido Martinetti, both food industry veterans, will share their passion for winemaking and their innovative projects. They will guide us through a curated tasting of their remarkable wines, offering insights into the art and science behind each bottle.

Wine Lineup

Bianca Vintage

Aromas of acacia flowers, yellow plum, melon, and vanilla.

When carefully cultivated, the historical favorite grape yields exciting mineral wines. For Bianca, we select the best bunches, macerate on the skins for 60 hours, and age in 400-liter ceramic barrels for 14 months. Its depth and fullness allow Bianca to rival the finest white wines of northern Rhône.

Beatrice Vintage

The aroma of candied lemon, acacia honey, and vanilla.

The Timorasso grape is emerging as a key player in great white wines, with Beatrice as an exciting example. Short skin maceration, vinification in tonneaux and small ceramic barrels, and over 12 months of yeast aging impart Beatrice with unique structure, personality, and taste length.

Romeo Vintage

Fruit, silk, harmony.

Romeo was born from the assembly of the four most important Piedmontese vines, cultivated on the frank clay soils of Mura Mura. Romeo enhances the elegance of the fruit, with noble aromas of spices and a very fine tannin behind it.

Miolera Vintage

Voluptuous, seductive, immediate.

Miolera is Barbera grown in Mura Mura's sandy soil, allowing it to showcase rare elegance and complexity. Its depth and immediacy surprise even the most refined tasters.

Barbaresco Faset Vintage

Fineness, elegance, texture.

Cru Faset, located behind Barbaresco, features a sandy amphitheater overlooking the Tanaro River. This unique soil and the river's moderating climate create a complex wine with exhilarating aromatic finesse.

Barbaresco Straderi Vintage

Amplitude, balance, sweetness.

The Starderi cru, located on the southwest-facing flanks of Neive, is anchored in clay marl, giving Barbaresco Starderi its structure, amplitude, and silky tannins.

Ofelia Vintage

Honey, orange blossom, apricot.

Ofelia results from two refined winemaking techniques for sweet wines. The concentration of Moscato grapes comes from noble rot (Botrytis Cinerea) and freezing, creating a sweet, ample wine that is never cloying.
